K-9 all ready for brazing..........

An exuse to use the MIG welder.............

Thad and I are in the process of developing our own CS yolks..........here we have taken a hydraulic tube bender ($60 cheapo from Harbor Freight) and welded a plate to the top and are using a wooden mandrel to shape the yolk.

Smokin on a rainy day.....................

Thad and I got alot done in about three hours on the K-9 project for PMBAR.............SS, CS, and TT all mitered and ready for brazing.

My version of a "Monster Bike"...........29'r, track bike on steroids. Nice for those days when gravel roads and smooth single track are on the menu.

PMBAR "K-9" concieved............

This frame is gonna be a full steel (of course), purpose built, mountain fixie............we started hashin out the details and began the process..........26"r, 16.25" CS, 73 degree ST, 72.5 degree HT, built with Pisgah in mind.

The jigs are up!

Today we start the PMBAR K-9 project...........it all starts with and idea and a pile of tubes.
